A new format of Garda Vetting application forms is required in order to comply with the National Vetting Bureau Act. From the commencement date (29th April 2016), only National Vetting Bureau Application forms which are submitted in accordance with the National Vetting Bureau(Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016 can be accepted at the National Vetting Bureau office.
