We wish to advise you that we have been informed by the Department of Justice and Equality through the Garda Vetting Central Unit that the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts 2012 to 2016 will commence on the 29th April 2016.

When the Act commences it will be MANDATORY for persons working with children or vulnerable adults to have completed the full vetting process by the Vetting Bureau.
